We conduct cake making classes for aspiring cake designers. There are altogether 4 modules that make up our total curriculum. All our classes are conducted by Chef Norsini and assisted by some of her more experienced graduands. The details of the courses are provided below.

Basic Level
Module 1: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Butter Cream (10 sessions), Module 2: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Fondant, Sugar Flower Paste and Royal Icing (5 Sessions) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Intermediate Level
Module 3: Tiered Wedding Cake Decor using Butter Cream and Fondant (6 Sessions) Prequisite for this course: For students who have completed Module 1: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Butter Cream (10 sessions), Module 2: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Fondant, Sugar Flower Paste and Royal Icing (5 Sessions)

Module 4: Exclusive Cake Design and Decor Course 1 (3 sessions) Prequisite for this course: For students who have completed Module 1: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Butter Cream (10 sessions), Module 2: Basic Cake Making and Cake Decor using Fondant, Sugar Flower Paste and Royal Icing (5 Sessions) Module 3: Intermediate Level: Tiered Wedding Cake Decor using Butter Cream and Fondant (6 Sessions) Students will learn how to shape the cake and to design the cake according to certain cake design principles. Student must have prior knowledge of cake making and basic cake design. 1st Session - Participants will learn how to make sugar figurines. 2nd Session - Participants will learn how to make luxury cake bags. 3rd Session - Participants will learn how to make Designer Topsy Turvy Cakes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
